		<description>I think it would be in Novell&#039;s best interest to open source Unix entirely if they&#039;re really committed to Linux and the OSS community at large.  Going after Sun over the Unix IP would not sit well with open source advocates.  It&#039;s one thing to set SCO straight on who owns the Unix IP, but it&#039;s another to capitalize on the virtues of open source, only to penalize others doing the same!</description>
